Environmental Pothole Report February 2016

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

The Community Council environmental sub group carried out a number of surveys to determine the current position with regards to the following;

Our pothole and resurfacing repair requirements will have to go forward and be considered by the appropriate ACC committee. Our needs will be judged and placed accordingly within a City wide priority list, however it has been confirmed by ACC that the bend on Kingswood Drive between Broaddykes Avenue and the entrance to Clova is planned for resurfacing next financial year. We await notification on other unacceptable areas noted within the survey

  1. An update from Steve Delany confirms the following:

    “I can confirm that the potholes in the old Lang Stracht will be repaired but ACC have said the road is not bad enough to warrant resurfacing at this point in time. Also Clova Park has not been included in the 2016/17 resurfacing programme, but officials are keeping it under review with a view to possible inclusion in the 2017/18 programme.”
