Since the newsletter article publication date we have discovered that Aberdeen City Council will be limiting the number of on site parking spaces to around 1,350 and the average number of people in a car is around 3.5. This only accounts for around 4,725 (or 23% of a capacity crowd). KCC think that this is too low and pressure should be placed on ACC to raise the allowance.
The proposed location for the stadium is semi-rural and it does not enjoy the easy access that the current stadium has.
More fans will want to arrive by car and the onsite provision is simply not enough.
