KCC have delivered all the cards, forms and letters that were passed to them within the consultation period. We would like to thank all who have taken time to make their views known.
To assist residents in providing feedback to the Main issues report consultation KCC have prepared some information on how this affect Kingswells.
You can see the newsletter and the comment cards.
You can provide ACC feedback with your views in the following ways:
3.33 This area includes land at Newhills, Craibstone, Dyce Drive and Stoneywood and along the A96 corridor to Woodside. Stoneywood and Woodside can be seen to be already part of the urban fabric.
There is more evidence that living near a 'green space' has health benefits.
3.44 The development options are concentrated at Countesswells and Loanhead which lie between Countesswells Woods to the west and Hazlehead Park to the east but includes Bellfield lying to the south of the A944 at the Kingswells roundabout. Land at Bellfield is open in character and visible from the A944.
3.40 This area covers all of the land to the south of Newhills and Brimmond to the A944. It includes the land between Westhill and Kingswells and between Kingswells and Aberdeen. Starting at the western boundary with Aberdeenshire, the land is fairly open and very visible from the A944 as it rises up to Cloghill. Pipelines run through this area.
The attached file gives a description of the class numbers used to describe industry. It also describes the change of use that is generally possible without further planning permission.
