Introduction by Chair

The community centre was being refurbished and was too noisy to
hold a meeting. The meeting was abandoned and moved to the Four Mile.

The Community Newsletter
is being well received by the community. Thanks to Colleen and Mike..

 

 

The
roads in Kingswells are in poor condition. A survey will be undertaken to
report the main issues.

KCC is to identify
hotspots for litter in Kingswells. Meg to contact Young Offenders program to
get these cleared up.

The travellers
have now moved off the Park & Ride site. Email Peter to get the barriers
installed ASAP.

 

 

Alex to identify
any areas of maintenance not covered by a resident's association or ACC.

Stonehaven Motor
Club were using the Park and Ride site and resident's reported excess noise
which prevented the use of their gardens. The club have free use of the site.
Noise was reported as far as the village centre. In addition, there is
potential damage to the surface. Stan is to prepare a letter for the 3
councillors.
