Temporary Road Closure along the C128C

Cults to Kingshill Road.

(Working from the junction at Countesswells Road up to the roundabout at Kingswells)

 Following a meeting, on Thursday last week (7th July), between Aberdeen City Council and W M Donald the following temporary road closure has been agreed.     The following restriction to the above road (marked in blue on the map to the left) will take effect from the 8th August 2016 until the 11th December 2016.This will bring the work on the C128C forward by a week.  The work will start from the Countesswells Road junction; in the south working up towards Kingswells in the north. As previously stated the works will be carried out in approximate 250m sections (moving in the direction of the blue arrows on the map).
Note: This change of direction, is also a change to the previous information provided to you.The works being carried out are to bring utilities to the new Countesswells community including; gas, electricity, telecoms and drainage.  During these works the road way will also be resurfacedThe restrictions mean the road way will be shut to general traffic. Access for residents will be maintained.  W M Donald Ltd is committed to working with all the residents to ensure access is maintained to their properties and that the minimum disruption takes place.  Diversion routes will be put in place and signage erected.  The emergency contact during the works will be Willie Merson on 07841 210 964We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this road closure may causeYours faithfully
