Matters Arising the previous meeting

Tom is to contact the planners re the mast at Prime Four, and the changes to the layout of the modifications to the P&R Upper Car Park. i.e. the kerbs between parking spaces should have been on both sides of the access road for buses, but one side has been omitted.

Tom

The lower car park at the P&R is being used as an overflow car park for Prime Four. This demonstrates that the policy of providing maximum limits on car parking does not work. Ian is to contact OP63 Planner to highlight the issue.

AOCB

A path in the Wellside area opposite Concraig has the following issues:

  • The lane is overgrown and needs to be trimmed back.

  • Waste from a horse has been left on the footpath.

  • A tree that was thought to have been cut down by a resident and left.

Alex Dave and Stan are due to meet with SMG, and they should raise the issue to try to get some action.
